Articles
Long back... in 2003, I wrote a personality assessment test on BrainBench. I found that it was pretty accurate. Here is that report. Of late, I found that I've changed a lot after getting bashed by the corporate politics and thought I would take this assessment again. In November 2007, when I took this again, my personality has changed a bit. Especially, I became more candid from being considerate of others feelings. I've become more excitable, more imaginative and more abstract in thinking. Here is the new report. I've also made a comparison between the two here.
My company, GE, where I worked for about two years - A great company in one word... One word is simply not enough for that company. I'll probably upload a file here describing my experiences and lot others.
My college Amrita - I'll probably upload a file here.
My native, Kanyakumari - I'll probably upload a file here. Meanwhile, you can read a travel guide article on Wikitravel here. This is the only article I spent a lot of time editing on Wikitravel.
Projects
The Biggies
A community powered meta speech recognition platform (Year 2007-2008, NTU Dissertation)
Hands-free desktop using Natural Language Processing (Year 2003-2004, Amrita Dissertation)
Image Processing in VC++ (Year 2002, Amrita Mini project)
Other big noteworthy projects
Desktop Image Switcher - An Application that changes your desktop wallpaper periodically... Now, ditch that memory hogging webshots...! I've hosted this project on codeplex.Lookup - A small handy utility that takes up literally no space ( < 1KB on hard drive) and no memory or CPU cycles, yet serves to look up meanings of words that you encounter while browsing. It's kind of a plugin for Internet Explorer and uses lookwayupto search for the meaning of the word.
Smaller projects, yet noteworthy enough to make an entry here...
Calendar in C. (Year 2000, My first C Program... sort of...)
Audio CD player.
MP3 tag reader.
